About Culinary Arts at RHEC

The Roanoke Higher Education Center is pleased to partner with Virginia Western Community College to deliver the Al Pollard Culinary Arts Program as well as multiple career studies certificates in culinary arts and hospitality management. The Al Pollard program is accredited by The American Culinary Federation and classes prepare individuals for several career opportunities in the culinary and hospitality management fields.
